Puertas Padilla will showcase at SMART DOORS the results of four decades dedicated to safety

The Murcia-based company will be present at the International Construction Week at IFEMA Madrid with a proposal that combines technological innovation with a long-standing track record in the sector.

From 10 to 13 November 2026, Puertas Padilla will take part in SMART DOORS, within the framework of the International Construction Week. Founded in 1987 in Cartagena, Murcia, the company has grown from a regional industrial project into one of Europe’s leading manufacturers in the field of fire-rated and high-security doors, with experience in creating protection solutions for such emblematic buildings as the Vatican Museums, the Ritz Hotel in Paris, the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao and even the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant.

More than 700,000 fire-rated doors manufactured, over 50,000 high-security doors installed worldwide, 9 operating sites, more than 500 professionals within Grupo Padilla and 85% of production destined for export are among the key figures that define the company, according to data provided by the firm itself.

The proposal that Puertas Padilla will present at the trade fair brings together its full production capacity: its range of fire-rated and high-security doors, developed in a 100% industrial and automated manufacturing plant, supported by its own R&D&i department and endorsed by some of the sector’s most rigorous international certifications, including TÜV Nord Cualicontrol, Bureau Veritas, UL Solutions and ICIM.
