The fire protection requirements in industrial facilities have led us to develop a large-scale, high-quality project that ensures optimal compartmentation as a fire protection solution.

EI sliding doors help compartmentalise fire sectors in locations such as shopping centres, theatres, industrial facilities, etc.

These doors are designed to close and compartment large-sized openings, both in the open and closed positions.

Our EI sliding doors have been fire tested and certified, achieving EI2 60, EI2 90, EI2 120, EI2 180 and EI2 240 classifications.

Main features

  • Leaf made of insulating material panels clad in steel sheet.
  • Internal insulation using rock wool.
  • Sliding system using carriers and an upper guide rail.
  • Closing system using a counterweight.
  • Lower guide positioned outside the clear passage area.
  • Different configurations available: single leaf, double leaf and telescopic solutions, depending on the model.
  • Support systems PRO Line and GFM System, depending on the configuration and characteristics of the door.
  • Option to incorporate different closing control systems, such as a speed regulator, hydraulic damper and electromagnet retention system.
  • Option to incorporate a pedestrian door in certain configurations.
  • The dimensions, fire resistance ratings, opening options, counterweight systems, drawings and installation requirements for each model are specified in the technical catalogue.
