Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
PUERTAS PADILLA, S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data and on what basis?
Depending on the form through which we have obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:

– To respond to enquiries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact methods available on the website (based on the legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

All such providers are bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements in accordance with current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER has the right to:

– Access, rectify, transfer and erase their data, as well as restrict or object to its processing
– Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe the processing does not comply with current regulations

The USER guarantees that the personal data provided is accurate and is responsible for notifying any changes.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service. If all data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the services offered fully meet the user’s needs.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organisational measures have been implemented to ensure the security of personal data and to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, providing them with the necessary information to exercise those rights.
