Puertas Padilla receives a grant for the implementation of a second generation intelligent tachograph system.

The company has received a 7,000 € grant under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU

The company Padilla Doors SLspecialized in the manufacture of fire doors, continues its technological modernization process with the implementation of a second generation intelligent tachograph system, a key tool to improve safety, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance in the field of passenger and freight transport.

This action has been made possible thanks to the award of a 7,000 euro grant, within the framework of the aid program for the modernization of private companies in the road transport sector, promoted by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility and financed by the European funds of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), through the NextGenerationEU instrument.

The new intelligent tachograph system will allow Puertas Padilla SL to adapt to the latest requirements of the European regulatory framework, facilitating the automatic and secure recording of key data such as driving and resting times, vehicle location or loading and unloading operations. This not only increases the transparency and security of the service, but also optimizes fleet management, reducing costs and improving the sustainability of transport.

This initiative reflects the commitment of Puertas Padilla SL to digital transformation and continuous improvement, also contributing to the objectives of decarbonization and modernization of the business fabric pursued by the Recovery Plan.

Thanks to this measure, the company not only improves its competitiveness, but also aligns itself with industry trends, which are increasingly focused on digitalization, energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. These investments are essential to ensure a smarter, more sustainable future adapted to the challenges of modern transportation.
