Puertas Padilla’s EI30 fire-rated doors provide 30 minutes of fire protection, designed for projects where safety, functionality and architectural integration need to work together.

Their versatility allows them to be incorporated into different types of buildings, including hotels, hospitals, offices, shopping centres, public buildings and industrial facilities, and adapted to the requirements of each space with different configurations, dimensions, finishes and accessories.

Also known as RF30 fire-rated doors, these solutions are designed to meet the needs of architects, engineers and specifiers, backed by Padilla’s experience in the design and manufacture of fire-resistant doors for projects with different requirements.

CLASSIC fire-rated doors

Fire-rated door made of galvanized steel, with internal rock wool insulation. Equipped with a high-strength steel frame, certified lock and hinges, anti-snag fire-rated handle, intumescent seal and anti-pry points. Available in single- and double-leaf configurations, with different frames, finishes and accessories.

REVER fire-rated doors

Single-leaf solution with a reversible frame, designed to allow the opening direction to be selected before installation. The frame is made of high-strength steel and includes a housing for a cold-smoke seal. It can be configured with different finishes and accessories, such as panic bars or door closers.

Innova ART Doors

Customisation system using digital printing directly on the door leaf, available for fire-rated and multipurpose doors. It allows custom images and designs to be integrated directly into the door, adapting it to the aesthetic requirements of the project.

Doors for hospitals

Doors specially developed for healthcare facilities, available with exclusive antibacterial and non-toxic finish, antibacterial RAL polyester paint or AISI 304 stainless steel.

Puertas Gamacolor

Finish that allows the frame and door leaf to be configured in a wide selection of RAL colours, with embossed polyester and matt textured options.

Yes. Padilla EI₂ 30 fire-rated doors can be customised beyond the standard RAL 7035/Padilla finish, with different colour options through GAMACOLOR, ENGLASS glazed finishes and other special finishes. The final configuration must be validated by our Sales Department to ensure that it maintains the EI₂ 30 performance rating.

What is the difference between an EI₂ 30 door and an EI₂ 60 door?

EI₂ refers to the integrity and thermal insulation criteria of a fire-rated doo When EI₂ 60 is specified, it means that the door maintains these performance characteristics when exposed to fire for 60 minutes.

Therefore, the number accompanying EI₂ determines the door’s fire resistance time.
