Fast 400 Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten aus Wirtschaft, Politik und Milit\u00e4r trafen sich am Freitagabend in der Finca Buenavista (El Palmar), um die XXVIII Ausgabe der Gala <g id=\"gid_0\">der Herentia Awards<\/g> zu feiern. Die Veranstaltung, die vom <strong>Verband der Familienunternehmen in Murcia<\/strong> (AMEFMUR) organisiert wird, zeichnet Unternehmen und Organisationen aus, die aufgrund ihrer Erfolgsbilanz, ihres Generationswechsels und ihres Engagements f\u00fcr die Entwicklung der Region Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be setzen.  <\/p>\n<p>In dieser Ausgabe erhielt Salazones Garre den Herentia-Preis f\u00fcr das Familienunternehmen des Jahres,<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/ppadilla.es\/de\/\">Puertas Padilla<\/a> den Preis f\u00fcr die Unternehmerfamilie<\/strong> und Pablo Albaladejo von Gesa Mediaci\u00f3n den Preis f\u00fcr das Verm\u00e4chtnis. Die ehrenvollen Erw\u00e4hnungen gingen an die Stadtverwaltung von Murcia, die Hafenbeh\u00f6rde von Cartagena und Hefame als Anerkennung f\u00fcr Organisationen, die wichtige Meilensteine in ihrer Laufbahn feiern. <\/p>\n<p>Die Veranstaltung wurde vom Pr\u00e4sidenten von Amefmur, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Tortosa<\/strong>, er\u00f6ffnet, der betonte, dass &#8222;Spanien ohne die Rolle der Familienunternehmen nicht zu verstehen ist. Rund 90 % der Unternehmen in unserem Land entsprechen diesem Modell, was sich in der Schaffung von 70 % der privaten Arbeitspl\u00e4tze und einem Beitrag von 57 % zum privaten BIP niederschl\u00e4gt&#8220;. Er betonte auch, dass diese Zahlen &#8222;eindeutig unsere enorme Bedeutung widerspiegeln und den positiven Einfluss best\u00e4tigen, den wir auf unser Herkunftsumfeld haben&#8220;. <\/p>\n<p>In seiner Rede sagte Tortosa, es sei &#8222;wichtig, dass jeder versteht, dass die Region auf dem Respekt und der Unterst\u00fctzung von Unternehmern aufgebaut werden muss. Die unternehmensfeindliche Kultur muss aus den Schulen getilgt werden&#8220;. Er betonte auch, dass &#8222;es ohne Unternehmer keinen Fortschritt und keinen Wohlstand geben kann, ohne zu verstehen, dass wir das Zentrum unseres Systems sind&#8220;. <\/p>\n<p>Abschlie\u00dfend gratulierte er den Gewinnern und wies darauf hin, dass diese Preise &#8222;eine gro\u00dfartige Gelegenheit sind, Familienunternehmen zu w\u00fcrdigen, die Exzellenz der gemeinsamen Arbeit und die Werte, die sie zu einer treibenden Kraft f\u00fcr die Zukunft unserer Region machen&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Der <strong>Business Family Award<\/strong> wurde an <strong>Gin\u00e9s Padilla<\/strong>, CEO von <strong>Padilla Doors<\/strong>, einem der f\u00fchrenden europ\u00e4ischen Hersteller von Firewall- und Sicherheitsl\u00f6sungen, verliehen. Mit mehr als drei Jahrzehnten Erfahrung hat das Unternehmen sein Wachstum auf Innovation, Internationalisierung und zertifizierter Qualit\u00e4t aufgebaut.
